5.3 jlj2 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account. This additional security layer reduces the risk of unauthorized access significantly.
5.4 jlj2 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or SMS. If you receive such a request purportedly from jlj2, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.
6.1 Deposits. jlj2 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
6.2 Withdrawals. 6.5 jlj2 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending verification, fraud investigation, or regulatory compliance review. jlj2 will communicate any such delay to the Player promptly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlj2 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:
10.1 All content on the jlj2 platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of jlj2 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

11.2 jlj2's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 jlj2 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service interruptions may affect platform availability. jlj2 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be submitted to jlj2's internal dispute resolution process by contacting jlj2 support. jlj2 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of submission.
15.3 Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. Players consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts for any such proceedings.
